  • Where can I enter discount codes?

    You can only enter your discount code at checkout. Even if you are using an automatic discount code, your cart will only be updated at the checkout page. 

  • Some discount codes are exclusive to certain products or collections and are not viable for use on full priced items.

    If you have already applied one discount code at checkout, you will not be able to apply a second one to the same cart.

  • We bring in products in batches. Please be patient while we update the description.

  • If one of our products is out of stock, it may be because shipping has been delayed for an undetermined length of time. We ask for your patience and understanding. If the product has been discontinued, we may remove it from the site altogether.

  • Delivery will be within a week of placing your order, although this may take longer during busy periods.

  • Yes we do offer free delivery on orders above $200!

  • We do not currently offer International Shipping, however, we're working on expanding our reach so let us know if you want your country to be included too!

Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Shipping (via Courier)

    Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. The expected delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email. SCENZE is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

    Delivery will be between 09:00 and 20:00, in some cases, a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery.

  • Your order will be shipped within 2 - 7 working days. The expected delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.

    You will receive a notification (via email / mobile) from us on the day of shipment. Local shipping via SCENZE Delivery Team is FREE for orders above $200.

  • If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, please contact us. Please remember to include your order number in your message, as this will help us locate your order details.
